Returns Policy

Contact us to arrange for any returns and to receive an authorization number 

We do not refund shipping charges

A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.

There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.

Parts must be re-saleable and in the original packaging including all labels that came on the package.  

If the part number label is damaged or missing, returns will not be accepted.

We cannot take back used parts.

We cannot take back installed or tried parts.

Electrical parts are not returnable.

We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.

Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account

There are no returns on airbags, electrical, fuel, high performance parts, and racing parts

To receive credit for the core charge, the part must be sent back to your supplier in the original box, must be an original Nissan part, and no external damage to the housing/part. A refund will be applied after we have received and inspected the core.

We do reserve the right to refuse any return/refunds for any parts we find a vin number was not provided during the ordering process.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
